Meet the Chamber Staff

Ariel B. Danley, M.S.
Executive Director
Meet Ariel Danley
Ariel Danley was raised in Madison County and is honored to serve the community that has always been home. As a proud graduate of Madison County High School, she believes there is something truly special about small-town connections and is passionate about helping local businesses, organizations, and families thrive together.
Ariel earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, specializing in youth development for children ages 5–12, before completing her Master of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management at Clemson University. She spent 16 years working in the summer camp profession, most with Florida 4-H Camping, where she discovered a lifelong passion for creating meaningful experiences, building community, and helping others grow through the magic of intentional moments.
As Executive Director of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Ariel is excited to give back to the place that gave her so much. Whether she’s planning community events, supporting local businesses, or connecting people with new opportunities, she believes every conversation has the potential to make Madison County stronger. That philosophy is reflected in one of her favorite Ted Lasso quotes: “None of us are as strong as all of us.”
Outside of the office, you can find Ariel spending time with her husband, bonus son, and their lovable chocolate Labrador, Cerby. She’s a lifelong Disney fan, loves crocheting and creating just about anything, and is always dreaming up new ideas to bring a little more magic, fun, and connection to the community she loves.

Jennifer Poore, TMP
Director of Tourism
Meet Jennifer Poore
Jennifer Poore serves as the Director of Tourism for Madison County and has been part of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce team for more than six years. She began her journey with the Chamber as Office Manager before transitioning into the role of Executive Director and Tourism Administrator just over a year later. Today, Jennifer is grateful to focus exclusively on tourism, where she is dedicated to showcasing Madison County as one of Florida’s hidden gems.
A fifth-generation Tampa native, Jennifer and her husband, Byron, made the decision to call Madison County home more than a decade ago. Now celebrating 25 years of marriage, they are the proud parents of four wonderful children. While they may not have been born here, Jennifer proudly considers Madison County home and is passionate about investing in the community that has given so much to her family.
Throughout her career with the Chamber, Jennifer has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow as a tourism professional. She earned the designation of Tourism Marketing Professional (TMP) through the Southeast Tourism Society’s prestigious Marketing College and has also completed professional training in Festival and Event Planning. She has been honored with the Boyz to Kings “My Small Town Hero” Award and the Visionary Woman Award presented by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., recognitions she considers both humbling and deeply meaningful.
Jennifer believes that strong communities are built through collaboration, leadership, and a genuine love for the place we call home. She is honored to serve alongside the Chamber team and community partners as they work together to strengthen Madison County’s economy, support local businesses, and create memorable experiences for residents and visitors alike.
Above all else, Jennifer’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment is her family.
